Catherine Mongeau Ac., B.Sc. Inf.
Acupuncturist
Guided by a genuine vocation to care for and support others, Catherine began her career in 2009 as a clinical nurse specializing in perinatal care. Over time, she felt the need to enrich her approach by integrating natural therapies that promote holistic care while respecting each individual’s uniqueness.
She then turned to acupuncture, a practice well known for its benefits on both physical and emotional health. Catherine further developed her experience while working within multidisciplinary teams in Toronto, where she witnessed how complementary approaches can greatly enhance the quality of care and overall patient well-being.
Beyond a simple treatment, acupuncture encourages individuals to reconnect with themselves and activate their own inner resources to restore balance. It can be particularly effective in relieving pain and tension, regulating the nervous, immune, and hormonal systems, and improving stress management.
Catherine welcomes her patients in a caring and professional environment where each treatment is tailored to their unique needs. She has a special interest in women’s health, supporting women with hormonal imbalances, during pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as through menopause. She also helps support emotional well-being through treatments that may assist with stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Her practice also includes cosmetic acupuncture, a gentle and holistic approach aimed at reducing the visible effects of aging and promoting facial harmony.
Her practice is distinguished by professionalism, attentive listening, a personalized approach, and the deep belief that each person possesses the inner capacity to heal, grow, and restore vitality.

Sarah Fioravanti M.Sc.
Hypnotherapist specializing in women’s health and perinatal support
As a Hypnotherapist and certified educator in HypnoBirthing® and the Bonapace Method, I support women and couples in preparing for birth in a conscious, informed, and respectful way that honors the body’s natural functioning. My approach combines hypnotherapy with prenatal education grounded in current scientific evidence, with particular attention given to nervous system regulation and cultivating a sense of inner safety.
Through these two complementary programs, I help parents better understand the physiology of birth, develop practical tools for pain management, and strengthen the active role of the partner during the birthing process. My practice is distinguished by attentive listening, compassionate support, and a genuine desire to help each person develop greater confidence, autonomy, and serenity throughout pregnancy and birth.
My intention is also to provide parents with a clear and nuanced understanding of childbirth so they can make free and informed decisions, and feel empowered to confidently advocate for their choices throughout their birth journey.
